Iris Cantab
Iris reticulata is only rarely found in the wild, but it has many and varied cultivars. I.reticulata Cantab was selected by E. A. Bowles, of crocus fame, in 1914. It is pale Cambridge blue, a rare colour in a flower, with lighter tips, and a yellow blotch bordered with white. It is a slightly smaller flower, but large in relation to its height. Flowering in February / March to 6".
Planting instructions
Planting 5” (8cm) deep will encourage repeat flowering. It is suitable for containers, and very easy to grow, and like other reticulata iris has a lovely scent
