Narcissus Hugh Town
Raised at Rosewarn (the Cornish horticultural testing ground), this is a multiheaded tazetta hybrid. They make great early pot-fuls if grown in good light and cool conditions, maybe even outside in sheltered gardens then brought in to scent the house in late February. If you cut them the scent is wonderful and they have a great vase life with bright yellow flowers sporting a small darker trumpet. February-March 15" (38cm) yellow and orange, scented.
Planting instructions
Pot into good compost and grow in good light in cool conditions, but not frosted.
