Not as dwarf as most of the other bulbs in this section but earlier to flower than any of the other hybrid forms. A remarkable colour for a tulip, multiheaded in a lovely clear pale Marigold orange.

Planting Instructions

Tulipa praestans Shogun bulbs should be planted about 3" (8cm) deep and 2-3" (5-8cm) apart in a sunny site and well drained soil.
