Allium Ambassador

Beginning to flower in late May these flowers should see one through all of June and into July with very tall stems topped by their mid purple heads about 6” (15cm) across. Very big bulbed plants which benefit from deep planting to ensure that the stems remain firmly upright. Good seed heads follow the main flower show.

Planting Instructions

Allium Ambassador bulbs should be planted about 5-6" (12-15 cm) deep, or deeper if soil condition allows.  In good fertile well drained soil with a sunny situation as they have very big bulbs and benefit from planting deep to ensure that the stems are stable.  Space them 8-12" (20-30cm) apart
