Tulipa Exotic Emperor

Double petalled in white and when about to flower looking somewhat rose-like with the white buds clasped by intriguing green bracts. Where we have seen it in gardens it has persisted for years on thin stoney soil.

Planting Instructions

Tulip Exotic Emperor bulbs should be planted about 5" (12cm) apart in either a container or a border. Can persist for years in a thin stony soil. Don''t be in a rush to get the tulips into the ground as they will benefit from planting in late October or early November, by which time the first frosts will have reduced disease levels in the soil.
