A named form of Gladiolus papilio in peach, very pretty but I don't think that they are likely to be as resilient as the species, but I may be wrong. Who knows who David Hills is? We can find out nothing, and presume him to have been from the USA. These have increased very well for us over the past year. They do not ever form big bulbs.
Plant in a sunny situation in moisture retentive soils, about 4-5" (10-12cm) deep and 3" (8cm) apart. In cold gardens may need mulching in winter.
