Gladiolus Nymph has white flowers with red and purple lipstick marks on the lower petals.. The flower stems are more wayward and less upright, this is the most sought after of the coloured forms when we exhibit them together.
Gladiolus Nymph corms should be planted in fertile, well drained gritty soil, 4-6" (10-15cm) deep, 3" (8cm) apart in small clumps in the sun. They grow away early and this may result in the foliage being susceptible to severe late frost, so mulching is a possible requirement. These plants need no staking or lifting in the winter in warm and sheltered areas where they make good garden plants and cut flowers.
