Lavandula Bee Zee Dark Blue

Bred to be better than Hidcote, and it is on nearly every level. Compact, uniform, sturdy, bearing masses of dark blue flowers throughout the summer and early autumn. These are held above grey green leaves which offer a stunning contrast. I would go as far to say the best blue English lavender available. Supplied in a 2ltr pot at the end of May

Planting Instructions

Lavandula is ideal for both patio pots, and borders. Dig a hole approximately twice the size of the rootball. Knock the plant out of the pot, and place into the centre of the hole, and backfill, ensuring the returned soil is lightly pressed into place. Also ensure the crown of the plant is above the soil surface.

Fully grown this Lavandula will be 40cm tall and 40cm wide, so please bear this in mind when finalising the position of this plant in your garden

This lavandula prefers a full sun aspect, but will tolerate limited hsade. They prefer water retentive but free draining soils. Keep well watered during the establishment year. Deadhead throughout the season to encourage further flushes of flower.
