Sprays of orange/red flowers held above grey/green aromatic foliage. Again, this is slightly shorter than other achillea, so is suitable for patio pots as well as the garden border
For best results grow in well drained soil, with a full sun or light shade aspect. Achillea are drought tolerant, but best to keep reasonably well watered (but certainly not waterlogged) in their first year to allow them to establish. Plant 18-24" (45-60cm) apart to allow for spread. A clump forming perennial, these should be divided every 4-5 years to ensure crown is kept fresh. Deadhead flowers through the season to encourage more blooms.
Will die back in the winter - remove any old growth prior to the following spring
